Support Tickets
Use the Support Ticket System to get help for problems you cannot solve, request reboots or speak directly to a technician. If your server is not managed please note that using the STS may incur an hourly charge based on the support level that is required.
Hands On Support
If you require hands-on support, where one of our support techs logs in to your server, you can begin the process by ordering one hour of Advanced Support on the Services page.
Server Hardening
We also offer a service where we tune and secure your server for you for a flat $135.00 fee. We install and test various components and scripts to lock down your server, make it more secure and help it to run more efficiently.
