Serversphere.com now offers mobile access to our Support Ticket System. Simply point your mobile browser to http://mobile.serversphere.com and login as you normally would. You can now submit and reply to support tickets while on the road.

Here are some screen shots showing the interface. It's very simple and easy to navigate on the small screen of a mobile phone or PDA. We kept it low tech for ease of use and delivery of content over slower mobile phone lines.

Designed For Tiny

Serversphere Mobile Access is designed for smaller mobile screens. There are no graphics other than a few icons and the interface is clean and easy to read. We know that graphics on some mobile devices can be agonizingly slow. Not to mention expensive depending on your wireless plan! So we made it cost efficient and easy to use.

Perfect Compliment

A perfect compliment to Serversphere Mobile Access is our Ping Monitoring and Server Management services. Sign up for ping monitoring then set up an email or SMS address where you can be paged. You are no longer tied to your computer! If a problem arises with your server you will be paged. Then simply submit a ticket via Mobile Access and we can take care of the problem for you.
